The party was wonderful and the ladies took such great care of us! I appreciate all the help you gave us for planning and organizing our event. | Carolyn, It was an absolute pleasure working with you and your staff to make Kristin & Roy's wedding a wonderful event. One of the things that impressed me about Special Moments is that you made us feel "special". We didn't feel like we were just another wedding being held at your venue. We felt like part of the family! You and your staff were professional and very personable. I received many compliments about the service that was provided during the ceremony and the reception. Not only were the wedding assistants on top of everything and kept everything running smoothly,but the wait staff was absolutely remarkable! I was concerned since I planned the entire event that I would not enjoy the wedding or reception worrying about everything. That was not the case! I felt at ease when I saw how attentive your staff was with all aspects of the wedding & reception. What also amazed me was how swiftly everything was gathered and cleaned after the event. My plan was to change into my "work" clothes and begin to break everything down and pack it up for transport back home. Much to my pleasure, I can back into the reception area and everything had already been gathered and put into the extra room for loading!. Your staff even found one of the missing tuxedo buttons that was lost during the evening. What a professional team!. I am going to start a part-time wedding planning business and Special Moments will be my first suggestion of choice for anyone planning a wedding.
